This was my 2nd experience with JC and I am very pleased with their work. I have an older vehicle that needed numerous repairs, they answered ALL my questions and addressed all my concerns plus kept me updated the entire time. Produced easy to understand estimates and my car runs better than it has in quite awhile. They worked together with Les Schwab to get my new tires and alignment completed at the same time. I will return to them in the future for any of my auto needs.

My first visit to JC Auto was to get a trailer hitch installed for my Honda CRV for far less than the outrageous quote from MidCity Motors. Since then I’ve taken my car in for scheduled maintenance visits, including major maintenance before a road trip to Yellowstone. Every time excellent service at reasonable prices. Support locally owned businesses!!!

Highway robbery. Initially I liked this place. A local company and slightly priced higher and I was willing to pay. I had 5 vehicles rotating oil changes and basic service here. Not anymore. Over $600 for an oil change, fuel filter and tire rotation. They want over $100 just to rotate the tires. A good business that wants to keep customers will do that for free. I just took a vehicle to Les Schwab and got an oil change and tire rotation for $130. Nuff said.

Super expensive. Estimate 800$ for radiator replacment...no way, other mecanics with normal price parts and less labor time -} There are 2 in fortuna.
