Was charged 2300 to get vehicle running as it just wasn't starting. A week later it starts dying all the time. Then they would say they were diagnosing it for over a month. Meanwhile I saw it just sitting there while new vehicles were pulled in and out of the shop, I know this because I live up the street and we drive by 4 to 5 times a day. Obviously they were going to have to eat costs because they changed and fixed everything having to do with starting, even the computer. Eventually I just picked it up to take to a REAL shop. However I still had to pay over 600 to get it out. Nothing was fixed or figured out. I'm hurt and angry somebody would do this. 3000 dollars for nothing. Very very unprofessional. Please do not go to JC Auto, I regret it So much. We don't have money to waste, we have kids.
